Pairing with a fellow developer? Below I’m going to list some must haves to help encourage success.
One of the easiest is a good headset, I prefer a Bluetooth headset so I am not getting tangled up in cords, but this is just going to be up to you. If you’re like me you often roll without a headset so you’ll really want a decent Microphone that has a Cardioid pattern to hopefully avoid picking up speaker sounds.
You’ll need to also have the right software for your situation. Something for audio communication, something for screen-sharing/pairing, common development IDE’s and workflow, the list could go on and on.
Later on we’ll go over some nice to haves for remote working.
